thirty years. Our years of senior-care service in the community allow us
to uniquely combine the caregivers and services desired by our clients.

Our Caregivers ______________________
HomeChoice Network Understands
that making the decision to
bring someone into your home to provide services isn't easy. That's why
we carefully screen and train all caregivers. To give you peace of mind,
each caregiver will be introduced to you prior to the start of services.
You will have the opportunity to interview the caregiver and to
determine if they are someone you want to invite into your home.
In Addition to
Performing a Criminal Background Check
on every caregiver, we place great importance on his or
her past employment history. Further, we screen each caregiver for
traits that add to a caring relationship. Each selected caregiver
successfully participates in a comprehensive skill-building program
before he or she is assigned to a client. The training addresses the
issues of the aging process, communication skills, and the special needs
of seniors. Every caregiver is provided with the skill training
associated with the services requested by the client.
We Do All the
Employment Work for You. The
caregiver is a HomeChoice Network, Inc. employee. As his/her employer,
we assume the administrative responsibilities of paying wages, income
tax, scheduling, maintaining liability insurance, and workers
compensation insurance. All we ask of you is a refundable deposit and
prompt payment of our invoices.
