Network was founded in 2003 by
Mike Ianucilli and Veronica Sanchez. Both founders bring a passion and
dedication to their commitment of meeting the needs of seniors, who wish
to maintain their independence in a safe and dignified manner.
Mike
Ianucilli ____________________________
Mike is a native of
Indiana. He has earned a B.S. from Indiana University and M.S. from
Purdue University, and a M.B.A from Fayetteville State University. Mike
was a secondary educator for 14 years.
In 1983 he made the
decision to become a Health Care Administrator. He and his family moved
to Moore County in 1989. During his career in North Carolina he has been
a successful nursing home administrator, home health administrator, and
continues as a successful retirement community executive director. While
under his direction, communities have received numerous state and
professional awards for excellence in senior service.
Mr. Ianucilli is is
very active in Professional Organizations, routinely serving on boards
and in leadership positions. He is equally committed to civic and
service groups.
Veronica Sanchez

Veronica is a native
of Mexico City. She earned a five-year degree in Business
Administration, from the prestigious National University of Mexico. She
moved with her husband to Winston-Salem in 1996. There, she served as the
business office director for a senior living community. While business
office director, she successfully completed the corporate executive
director internship program.
In 2003 Veronica and
her family moved to Moore County to begin the start-up of HomeChoice
Network. She very quickly became actively involved many local
professional and civic organizations. Veronica is currently serving or
has served as: Board of Directors - MooreHealth, Board of Directors -
Southern Pines Rotary Club, Board Member - HeartSafe Moore County,
Mission Delivery Chair for Relay for Life Moore County - American Cancer
Society, Member - Memory Walk for the National Alzheimer's Association,
Founder of Health Resources Network.
